New Procedures for Shoreline Central Animal Hospital

  • We are operating with curbside services only right now. (We make a few exceptions, QOL exams and euthanasia’s)

  • We are currently asking that clients schedule appointments when possible.  Especially for wellness exams, vaccines, non-urgent cases, nail trims and anal gland expressions. 

  • We are leaving a few hours in the day for our more urgent cases that needs to be seen right away.

When You Arrive

  • We have marked parking areas for our clients with our phone number.  Each space has a different number (1-10) posted on the parking signs.

  • Upon arrival, text the front at our normal number (206)-402-3478 to announce your arrival, the parking space you are in, and a good contact number.

  • All exams and procedures will be performed inside the clinic while their pet is treated indoors.

  • Once the doctor finishes their exam, clients will receive a phone call from the doctor to go over all of their findings, treatment options, and the cost of the treatments. (Please note, if the client is unreachable when called their appointment time will run longer.)

  • Once the pet has received all treatments, a tech will bring the pet and any medications to them.

  • We use wireless credit card terminals to invoice out at your vehicle.

  • We email itemized invoices; however, clients may ask for a physical copy at check-out.

  • We will be continuing curbside services through July. We will reevaluate this decision as things change.
